We currently offer shipping to 48 US states for Tuesday through Friday delivery. We currently do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Saturday delivery may be available for an extra charge. All Saturday delivery requests and days around holidays should be confirmed by contacting us. We currently do not offer shipping on Sundays and Mondays. Shipping is free to 48 US states.

Kukka and our vendors take special care in how your flowers are packaged. Each product is sealed in its standard protective lining and the entire package is insulated to minimize damage due to temperature or negligence.

Though rare, our shipping partners FedEx, UPS, GSO, and OnTrac have informed us that there are times when orders cannot be fulfilled due to extreme weather or mechanical issues. If this is ever the case, we will look for alternative solutions to get your package to you.

We recommend delivery of your package 2-4 days before your wedding. Tracking numbers will be available once your package ships 1 day before the expected delivery date. We recommend that a person be available to receive the package to avoid harm due to weather, misplacement, or theft. Each order is shipped with no signature required.
